We read The Bus For Us. It reviewed lots of transportation and the kids had to pay attention to details to guess what the next one would be. Then we made our own buses using Deanna Jump's pattern and putting the child's next initial in the space for jump.
We read If You Give a Cat a Cupcake and illustrated it so we could see it is a circle story. The kids colored a cat and decorated their own cupcake.
